Data deletion

You can have any data Pulse holds deleted — including data received from connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn, and your account itself. Two ways to do it:

Option 1 — Disconnect a platform

Removing a platform connection from the Connections page deletes the stored access token and the cached metrics for that connection. Client users can ask their Bryckroad account manager to do this at any time.

Option 2 — Email us

Email support@bryckroad.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address associated with your account, and tell us what you’d like deleted — a specific platform connection, its cached metrics, or your entire account. We will:

  • acknowledge your request within 2 business days and give you a confirmation number,
  • complete the deletion within 30 days, and
  • email you confirmation when it’s done.

Checking the status of a request

Reply to the acknowledgement email (or write to support@bryckroad.com quoting your confirmation number) at any time for the current status. If any item cannot be deleted — for example where the law requires us to retain a record — we will tell you exactly what was retained and why.

Facebook & Instagram

You can also cut off Pulse’s access from Meta’s side: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Pulse, and remove it. That stops all future access; to have already-cached metrics deleted as well, use either option above.
