Privacy policy

Pulse is a client reporting dashboard operated by Bryckroad Creative (“Bryckroad”, “we”, “us”). It shows our clients the performance of their own marketing channels in one place. This policy explains what information Pulse handles and how we treat it.

Information we collect

Account information. When we create your Pulse account we store your name, email address, and login credentials, plus your dashboard display preferences.

Connected marketing platform data. With authorization, we connect a client’s own marketing accounts to Pulse — Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn Pages, and Google Business Profile. From these platforms we retrieve aggregate performance metrics (for example sessions, impressions, clicks, reach, follower counts, and engagement totals) and store them in a daily metrics cache so dashboards load without calling the platforms live. We also store the access tokens required to keep each connection working. We do not collect the personal data of a client’s individual followers, fans, or website visitors — only aggregate statistics.

Connected CRM data. With authorization, we connect a client’s own Pipedrive account using an API token the client provides. From Pipedrive we retrieve aggregate sales metrics — daily deal counts, deal values, pipeline stage totals, and completed-activity counts — plus the titles, stages, and owner names of the client’s largest open deals for the pipeline view. The API token is stored encrypted, used read-only, and deleted when the connection is removed. We do not retrieve the contact details of a client’s CRM contacts.

Data we receive from Google APIs

When Google Analytics or Google Search Console is connected, Pulse receives aggregate reporting data from Google’s APIs — daily metrics such as sessions, users, engagement rate, key events, search clicks, impressions, and average position, plus aggregate breakdowns by channel, page, and search query. Pulse’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: the data is used only to display dashboards and reports to the client it belongs to and to the Bryckroad staff who manage that client’s marketing, is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred except as necessary to provide the service. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when a connection is removed.

Data we receive from Meta platforms

When a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account is connected, Pulse receives Page and account insights from Meta’s APIs — aggregate metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower counts. We use this data for one purpose only: displaying performance dashboards and reports to the client that owns the connected account and to the Bryckroad staff who manage that client’s marketing. We do not sell Platform Data, share it with third parties, use it to build advertising or interest profiles, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the Pulse service. It is retained only while the connection is active and is deleted when the connection is removed or on request — see Data deletion.

How we use information

  • To display performance dashboards, reports, and goal tracking to the client the data belongs to and to Bryckroad staff.
  • To operate, secure, and support the service.

We do not sell any data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is visible only to the client organization it belongs to and to Bryckroad staff. We share data with no one else, except the infrastructure providers that host Pulse (acting on our instructions) and where the law requires disclosure.

Security

Pulse is served over HTTPS. Access requires a personal login, and each client account can only ever see its own data. Platform access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed in the browser.

Retention & deletion

Cached metrics and access tokens are kept while a platform connection is active and deleted when it is disconnected. Account information is kept while you remain a Bryckroad client. You can request deletion of any of this data at any time — the process is described on the Data deletion page.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and notify active clients. Questions and requests: support@bryckroad.com.
